Great home for couples or traveling friends with two king beds & two full baths. Relax in the hot tub, soaking tub, or under either of the rain showers. This modern apothecary is here for what ails you! This is an entire two-bedroom, two-bath home with no shared walls to other living spaces. There is a shared outdoor common area between the houses & a shared laundry room in the back of the property. But the front yard is completely private & enclosed. The unit in the back also has a private yard with its own hot tub. Guests have access to the entire space including the laundry room that is attached to the back of this unit. Guests should remember to lock the laundry room from the inside (by the kitchen) to keep their space private from guests staying in the back house. I or someone on my team is available 24/7\. Please call twice in a row, if you don't get an answer right away, to break through do not disturb. This property is at the end of a dead-end street, so it is particularly quiet for Downtown. No cats allowed at this listing. Please use porch swing at your own risk. No smoking of cigarettes anywhere inside the property or in the yard. No smoking of marijuana inside the house. Pros - This is a very nicely done little house! The interior has been redone immaculately and the outside is very well maintained. We did not utilize the hot tub but it had very clear instructions. The beds are huge! Bathrooms are clean and have great water flow. Cons - The neighborhood is a little close for comfort to a rather large homeless camp. Also, if you plan on cooking, the smoke alarms go off with just a little steam coming off the pans.
