The check directions were clear and thorough and everything was easy and secure. There’s a park right near where lots of folks walk their dog. Its 10 mins to UNM and easy to downtown. Hot tub clean and great. Fun backyard vibes, great screen for movie watching, well stocked and super responsive hosts. Comfy beds, couch and great tub. The place was very clean and had nice amenities that other properties sometimes don't offer (like snacks at arrival, robes for the hot tub, waters in the fridge). The owners were very helpful and quick to answer any questions and checked in through email to make sure we had everything we needed. ##### Ami N. There is a wonderful jogging/biking path that runs the length of the Rio Grande right next door—a great space for our pooch, too! There are security gates and helpful remote controls, and communicating with the owner was quick and helpful. A great hot tub on a very cold evening. The price point and no extra dog charge was an added bonus. ##### Michael F.
