We really enjoyed all of the greenery from cottonwoods in the neighborhood. Walking distance to good restaurants, galleries, bars etc. Also was very quiet at night. The house is gorgeous. The highlights for us were the outdoor and indoor kitchens. One suggestion would be to upgrade and/or sharpen the kitchen knives.
