Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood with short distances to great eating a shopping venues. The house has been updated and comes with the little details that you will appreciate. There's ample space to stretch out and relax inside or on the pleasant patio. Of the 5 rentals I've stayed in over the last month, this is the only one that has a hot water system that is hot almost instantly at every faucet. Think of how much water that saves! It’s in walking distance of an entrance to Petroglyph National Monument. Even though my stay followed the ballon festival, there were hot air balloons in the sky many mornings. If you are looking for a place with plenty of room, a modern kitchen, and that’s great to stage day trips to Santa Fe, Jemez Springs, etc, you will be very happy here. ##### Steven P.
