We call it "El Refugio", the best of Rio Rancho, steps from idyllic Corrales. Unwind with two bedrooms and full working study. Forget tension and stress in the large master bath jacuzzi. Get it all done in the fully-equipped laundry room . Cook up a feast in the well-equipped, spacious kitchen. As the sunset mountains turn red you can take to the portales with mountain views. The space The house is all on one floor. One step up from the sidewalk into the entryway and you are there. Plan provides much light and at the same time privacy from the street in all the living areas and master bedroom. There is a breakfast room for casual dining and a larger dining table in the main living area. The master bedroom suite is spacious containing a walk in closet and large bath with jacuzzi, separate shower and large dressing area. A large covered patio, the portales, provides a great place for dining with table and chairs, gas grill under the portales. Guest access Guests have full access to all spaces. Other things to note In-floor radiant heating provides the best kind of warmth for cold weather. The living area also has an easy to use gas fireplace to make things cozy. We loved the mountain view, babbling fountain, morning sightings of hot air balloons, the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, the overall charm of the bright, art-filled space, and the peaceful neighborhood so close to many amenities. Great communication from the host and seamless check-in. House was above and beyond expectations, with great local character and gorgeous art. Thoughtful details like easy instructions for everything in the house, cozy outdoor blankets for the chairs on the patio, and much needed coffee. Highly recommend for anything that brings you to the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area! ##### Maureen B.
