I like the customer service that was provided. Noise level from other rooms is too much. Need sound proof walls. The restroom door was not installed coreectly and and needs to be more cleaner.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no handrails in the bathroom I think every bathroom should have a handrail The bed was too high for me to get in it much less a L hemiplegic The phone did not work at all until the maintenance Tyler figured out that the wires had not been connected. He was great and so was Shelly Our dinner was lukewarm by the time I got it This is the first hotel I have been in in the last 25 years that did not have a complementary breakfast buffet It was not a good stay overall

I apologize as our standard rooms do not have the hand rails. Our ADA rooms do. Since we are a full service hotel, we do have a restaurant and bar for the convenience of our guests. The Holiday Inn Express brand is the brand that has the breakfast. I do hope you visit again.

Hell hole in ABQ.
The view offered by the room was the partial back of a building and a parking lot. The parking lot lights glared into your room at night. Even with the malfunctioning shades. On my first morning the shower head broke. I had to take a shower with water dribbling out of the faucet. I found four cockroaches during my stay. When I informed the front desk and management all they did was give me a blank stare and say sorry with no emotion. They did not offer me another room. On my next to last day the toliet broke. It wouldn't flush. I informed the front desk. I left for 3 hours. When I came back it wasn't fixed and my room was not cleaned up. The location of the hotel is completely away from any amenities. Their breakfast was terrible and I felt sorry for the servers. They had no empathy from management. The cleaning service blocked the hallway with their equipment. All in all I would highly suggest to not stay at this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around this country and this is by far the worst. When I asked if I could cancel my reservation and look for another hotel they said it was too late. They had already run my credit card. I was not the only to complain. I witnessed other parties complaining and getting the same non-emphatic response.

I apologize you were unhappy with your stay. I had a meeting with my front desk team yesterday to go over your comments and retrain as needed. I do know my maintenance team repaired any of the issues he was able to. I will also meet with my housekeeping department.

We enjoyed our stay at HIH. The staff there were so friendly especially the ladies at the front desk. I didn’t get their names but the I got to chitchat with the daughter (she was waiting on her mom to relieve her shift) She was super sweet especially to my daughter. The food was ok, just a bit too pricey for the portions. The rooms were spacious, just needs some updating and renovating. Parking was ok, filled up quick at night so we had to park on the street which wasn’t bad at all. But this property was convenient for us as it’s right by the airport and down the road from car rental. Price range was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably book here again.

My room had been beautifully upgraded. There were no hand rails nor non-slip features in the tub. Quite dangerous. The clock radio was not set-up and there were no instructions.

Friendly staff, hotel undergoing renovations
Reserved a room with a jetted tub, but the tub was not jetted. Carpet was extremely worn between the desk and the bedroom. Cracked tile in shower. Entire hotel is currently being renovated, so I will chalk up the issues to that. All staff were friendly and wonderful.

The hotel is very dated. Broken tiles, hanging shower curtain rod, stain on carpet everywhere, walls tore up and holes everywere. This hotel should not be a Holiday Inn. It's beyond disappointing.

I am not sure if you noticed or not by our design boards and signs in our lobby but we are currently undergoing a complete renovation. By the end of the year, our hotel will be just like a brand new hotel. We hope you come and visit us after the renovation to see everything as new

Hotel in midst of renovations so restaurant was closed..no breakfast available but they had couple of vending machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was nice but definately needs new carpet/ flooring and few repairs on ceiling.

Thank you for your comments. We are excited as not just our lobby is being renovated but our entire hotel. It is going to be a "new" hotel. Being as we are a Holiday Inn and not a Holiday Inn Express we have a full restaurant and bar so we actually do not have a complimentary breakfast. We hope you come visit us when everything is complete.

Old property. Floor uneven under carpet, sheets have stains, hard mattress, minimal covers, flat pillows, dirty pool, dirty hot tub, broken jets, no breakfast because of construction. Not even a banana or granola bar. Worst Holiday Inn I've ever seen. For a quick overnight fine but for the money Im sure I could find better next door.

I did notice you mentioned that we did not provide breakfast, we actually have enhanced breakfast and dinner items in our market place, since we do have a full service restaurant and bar, we do not have a complimentary breakfast, this is at the HI Express hotels. The construction is actually a full renovation of the hotel including furniture, beds, bathrooms, everything from guest rooms to restaurant. We do hope you try us out again when we are "brand new"

The tv didn’t work all night or part of the day they said the system was down , then when using the tube and it was draining it was bobbling in the sink and toliet and they didn’t want to help cuz I booked threw a third party will never stay again

I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The TV was definitely out of our control as an amplifier blew and had to be ordered. This was frustrating for everyone. I am wondering when you brought the drain issue to our attention and who you might have spoken with. We absolutely can help you with issues but with a third party have limitations on refunding .

Our restaurant is currently closed due to renovation and making a new restaurant/bar. Because of this we have added more items in our market place for our guests. I do apologize for the TV as the amplifier had blown due to a weather power surge and once ordered, took a couple of days to arrive.
