My two night stay at the Doubletree Albuquerque NM...room 1317...the room phone did not work, the inside latch to the door was missing, the toilet was brown stained up to two inches below the rim, there wasn't any documentation in the room about amenities the hotel offered...my Hilton #1688365624

I stayed three night and my room was never cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk every night for more coffee pods and bath towels for the next morning and to remind them to service my room. Despite reminding, nothing got done.

Hello NIkia, I see you rated us 3 out of 5, is there anything you would like to share with us about your stay.
Room was very dated. Called in the morning and Requested house keeping as it is by request. At 3pm no housekeeping arrived. I called again at 4pm requesting housekeeping was again told someone would come. I returned to my room at 10pm to see no housekeeping had come. After a long day this was extremely frustrating. Poor breakfast selection as well. Very disappointing. The only benefit was close proximity to the convention center.

When I checked in we went to our room and the room wasn’t cleaned no new sheets on the bed. No bath towels no nothing. I went down and told them they changed to a new room. The only problem is the room wasn’t the same as the last room that I booked.

It was accessible to surrounding area on foot so I didn't have to rent a car. It felt like a safe area day and evening with no difficulties. The hotel is clean, the staff was great..

Usually Double Tree's are nicer than this. There is also no dining options close enough to walk to safely from the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel doesn't open till 4. My toilet seat was broken badly and it was hard to use.

Not that great
First time staying at DoubleTree and there was some things not working. The TV didn’t work, the light inside the shower was working then the next day it was flickering. It bothered my eyes so I showered with the lights off. There was no hand soap/face soap for the sink restroom.

We do allow early check ins depending on housekeeping and if the rooms are ready.
It’s a convenient place to stay but the bathroom needs better attention

The hotel allows people who are partying at the club inside to occupy all of the parking spots in front of the hotel leaving the paying guests to park at a parking garage down and across the street. It’s not in a safe area and we did not feel safe walking into the hotel with all of the drunks out front who were there for the club. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not enough for the money
I was pretty disappointed in the fact that you charge $18 for parking, especially when the Clyde (around the corner) doesn’t and you share the same parking garage.
On top of that, you charge $3 for the little bottle of water. Crazy. Bed was also very uncomfortable and towels didn’t look cleanZ Pay $270 for a room and I expect a bit more. I’ll stick with the Clyde from now on.

Reserved a king room, received a double full room with no reimbursement. Was told “we don’t guarantee a room you booked just a reservation, check with your third party site”. Wasn’t too happy with that answer.
