Très bien !
Hôtel très propre, chambre conviviale et fonctionnelle, personnel accueillant. Notre chambre avec balcon donnait à l'est avec vue sur les montagnes et l'autoroute, donc un peu bruyant la nuit, mais rien pour briser notre expérience très positive de cet hôtel.

This is a racist place to stay at. They were rude, did not have good greeting manners, lady was rude. No room available when booked already. Does not accept third party booking. Horrible place and horrible experience.

Nice lobby, the restaurant looked nice, but we did not have breakfast there. We looked for a hotel guide, printed or on TV but could not find one.

We're sorry that we missed the oppurtunity to serve you. Hotel directions and restaurant menus can always be provided at our front desk. We hope to see you again!

We had a dead bug in our room. The room had not been dusted in a while.
When eating at the restaurant the silverware was not clean and the service was non existent.

The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great! The waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast was rude, but other then that, amazing!

TVs are not set up to WiFi and therefore was left only watching cable shows, tv had the option to cast but needs to be connected to WiFi. bar allowing drinks to the room was a plus if it wasn’t nearly 20 bucks for 2 beers… pool closes early so expect to spend your night surrounded by kids everywhere, maybe an option for adult swim after 9? Overall cleanliness of the rooms was amazing and felt great, would stay again if these simple amenities could be added for a 500 dollar two night stay :/

Oooo my goodness they have 2 pool area & only one is working. Low maintenance Hot was not hot is was like warm. The inside pool was cold. Outside was not open.
Crowne Plaza needs to have more small refrigerators I like staying @ Crowne.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, as our seasonal pool is closed until may due to the cold weather. I am also very sorry you had issues getting hot water during your stay with us. We do hope you choose to stay with us in the future, as we do have mini fridges available upon request.

GREAT HOTEL .... Easy access....the rooms were clean....the beds and pillows were so comfortable.....the staff was amazing, so kind and friendly.....it was very convenient having a bar and restaurants on site and the food and drinks were on point....Would definitely return and recommend to stay there ❤️

For starters it needs to be remodeled. It was very noisy kept hearing cars drive by and the vanity light didn't work
