Our home is located within walking distance of University of New Mexico, Presbyterian and Downtown. This is a great escape as we have newly remodeled the space with all the modern comforts of home. This home is pet friendly with a private entrance. The yard is shared and not fully fenced so you would need to have pet on a leash. We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The area is known for its walkable streets, historic adobe architecture, and a mix of students, professionals, and creatives. With easy access to parks, art galleries, and the famous Route 66 corridor, it’s a hub for those who want to experience Albuquerque’s authentic urban energy while staying close to major attractions and transit routes. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
