### MAGNIFICENT VILLA - QUIET - WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE SEA - PRIVATE POOL

Rental in Southern Portugal. Algarve Region – Faro District.  
  
We are offering seasonal rentals for a new 60 m² villa for 2 or 4 people and its 40 m² annex for 6 people in Galé (Albufeira), a 15-minute walk from the beaches with a private above-ground pool. In a beautiful natural setting, we offer a fully renovated villa and its annex. The property is fenced, with secure parking, a beautiful garden, a very large terrace, , deck chairs, and a parasol. The villa consists hall, a beautiful bedroom with storage, a very comfortable 160x200 bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a TV (international channels, free Wi-Fi), a large, very comfortable sofa, and a dining table. The annex can accommodate two additional guests, making it a total of six people, with a large 40 m² bedroom and a new bathroom.
