Nestled in the heart of this serene neighbourhood, this house is a mere 5-minute drive from Albufeira's city centre. Discover a myriad of local flavours as charming restaurants and convenient mini-markets are within a short distance, ranging from 250 to 500 meters away.  
  
As you step outside, a world of relaxation and enjoyment awaits. Take a dip in the pool surrounded by the terrace that invites you to unwind under the sun. Gather around the barbecue area for delightful outdoor meals, and refresh yourself with the outdoor shower.  
  
Inside, the house unfolds its welcoming spaces. A fully-equipped kitchen ensures all your culinary needs are met. The living and dining area is a cosy haven, complete with a fireplace, perfect for gathering and creating cherished memories. There is also a WC on the ground floor for your best comfort.  
  
Venturing upstairs, you'll find the comfort of privacy. Two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offer a peaceful retreat for restful nights. An additional bedroom, adorned with two single beds, also boasts its private bathroom, ensuring everyone's comfort.
