Small holiday development "Monte dos Vieiras". 5 houses in the resort. On the outskirts Cerro do Ouro, in a quiet, elevated position, 9 km from the sea. For shared use: property 5 ha (fenced), natural garden, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 130 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, barbecue. In the complex: relaxation room, billiard table. 500 m long narrow motor access. Roofed, parking (for 6 cars, limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, shopping centre 9 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Tunes" 3.8 km, sandy beach 9 km. Marina 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 13.6 km. Nearby attractions: Krazy World 9 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. PT6815608.1,2,3 is situated on the same property.  
"Ana", 3-room terraced house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2025, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option.
