This room also provides access to the terrace, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of these bedrooms leads directly to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your vacation.

The "Marina" property offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout the house, ensuring optimal comfort no matter the season. A washing machine is provided for your convenience, and a barbecue area with deck chairs (10) allows you to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation.
