Albufeira Marina, the Old Town, and the famous Strip are only a 10-minute drive away. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Positiv: Sehr schöne Lage, großzügige Villa, problemloser Self Check-in, freundliche, schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns wohl. Wir möchten jedoch auf einige Punkte aufmerksam machen, die das Erlebnis trübten und in unseren Augen verbesserungswürdig sind. Es war zu wenig Toilettenpapier für die erste Nacht vorhanden. Der Reinigungsstandard ist nur oberflächlich i.O.. Sichtschutz an den Badezimmerfenstern fehlt. Auflagen auf den Poolliegen verschlissen, kein Sonnenschutz am Pool. Müll am Rand des Poolbereichs. Das Haus daneben wird seit ca. 5 Jahren gebaut und befindet sich im Rohbau. Nach Fertigstellung gibt es keine Privatsphäre mehr am Pool. Unten im Tal verläuft eine Hauptstraße, die von den Motorradfahrern als Rennstrecke genutzt wird. Ich schreibe diese Rezession nur deshalb, da ich von der Agentur insgesamt über 30 E-Mails erhalten habe und ich den Eindruck hatte, dass diese an unserem Wohlergehen sehr interessiert sind. Nach dem Check-In wurden wir nach unseren Erfahrungen befragt und ich beschrieb die Situation wie jetzt. Ich bekam sehr schnell eine Antwort, eine Nachreinigung o. einen Sonnenschirmständer gab es jedoch nicht. Wir reden hier von einer Bewertung mit 9,6 und außergewöhnlich. You could spend your days at this home rather than the beach and still be happy. The only negatives are difficulty finding the home on arrival since it is named differently than what is in the booking, and the kitchen is completely bare of essentials like salt, basic spices, dish soap, etc.…you have to purchase everything at the grocery store. ##### Michael D. We had so many beaches within 10 minutes of us. The house has breathtaking views but you’ll need to bring the basic essentials with you like salt, oil, laundry detergent, etc. it was nice to have laundry because we didn’t have anything changed over as far as sheets and towels. No extra garbage bags no extra dishwasher tablets no charcoal for the bbq no shampoo No laundry soap Didn't have a broom and asked for days finally got delivered on the 5th day. We arranged a chef through the management company for my birthday and they forgot a bunch of the meal and i had to be refunded. I think the house is nice and near a good beach but they should provide better customer service so that you are not shopping for the basics Also there was no budging on check in (4pm )and check out times (10 am )which was frustrating when travelling ##### Erica F. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. The highlight of the trip, without a doubt, was the incredible hospitality and warmth extended by our host, Ines. And the help with the Vrbo booking from Olivia. The property itself was a gem – spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The breathtaking views of the Algarve coastline from the terrace were simply surreal, making every morning feel like a dream. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay throughout our time there. What truly set this vacation apart was Ines's exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with open arms and a genuine smile. Her local recommendations were invaluable, guiding us to the most charming beaches, hidden culinary gems, and must-visit attractions in the area. It was clear that Ines genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable, and her passion for sharing the beauty of Algarve was infectious. Ines went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. She was always just a message away, promptly addressing any queries we had and even arranging reservations at some of the best local restaurants. Her thoughtfulness extended to every detail. Upon arrival the place was immaculate! You wouldn't have thought anyone had stayed there before us! We were warm welcomed by Carlos. The villa was clean and felt good. All the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had ocean views. All the facilities were great including the WiFi which had very good reception. Outside was plenty of terrace to eat & relax with fantastic views and games area. Kids loved the pool and there was extra entertainment in the table tennis. Perfect to keep the kids busy. It’s a beautiful, spacious, clean villa The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday it was immaculate and much bigger than the pictures show, in a quiet area. Beautiful pool area with amazing views, that was cleaned regularly and so relaxing we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended and we will certainly be hoping to go back next year. If it was possible I would love to buy this Villa. ##### Ruth R. She was fantastic during the booking process. The private transfers that Olivia sorted out was a lovely little touch. It saved me having to find alternatives and the driver knew exactly where the property was. When we arrived everything was spotless. The weather was fantastic for January, the villa had lots of space for our family, was well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size and the views over Albufeira were breathtaking. The location is quiet perfect for relaxing. Uber taxis are plenty and cheap.
