The house MA VIE LÀ has a living area of 289 m 2, it is built on a plot of 2000m2.

This villa is located in a private residential area of Vale Carro, a short distance between Vilamoura and Albufeira. It is located at 2. 3 KLM from Falesia beach (2.3 klm).
The villa benefits from a country setting with shops and restaurants.

Entrance to the villa
The entrance gate leads to a private covered car park with multiple parking spaces.
The double entrance doors of the villa lead onto a central hall with window door which opens onto the pool and garden terrace.
To the left of the front door is a WC with hand basin.
The open and spacious living area has two living rooms with sofas, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The dining room is raised from the living room.
Patio doors open onto the pool and garden terrace. The living room has windows on one side overlooking the shaded outdoor playground, which houses the pool table, table tennis and boules court.
There is direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

The main kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It also has access to the second summer kitchen outside the house.
Outside there is a barbecue area and bread oven as well as a small kitchenette with sink, large work surfaces, a fireplace, a table and chairs all located next to the game tables
