The AC was not working when we arrived and she had service technicians there the next morning - it was working when we arrived later in the day. All in all it's a great place to stay in Albufeira. We were running a little when we arrived and she communicated perfectly with us. She met us and showed us the apartment and left us a great bottle of wine and a wonderful plate of fruit!! She gave us some excellent recommendations for meals and places to visit. We had a plumbing incident that she addressed immediately and was so gracious. Having a garage to park our rental car was awesome as the old town is tricky if you are driving. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Maria's property and she was the perfect host! It allowed us to experience both old and new town easily with access to a number of beach options. The views just a short walk from the front door were amazing and having access to an under car garage for our rental was a bonus.
