This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out. It is always subject to availability. •We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week. •We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property). •Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. The door needs to be painted, the canopy is half destroyed and the cleanliness left to be desired. It is also very noisy so don’t go there if you want to sleep during the night.
