Our check in process was not smooth. We were told someone would be there to either take our bags or check us in. Nobody was there and we were not provided a phone number. Once we were able to access wifi and reach out on VRBO we got a quick response and someone came to let us in and allowed us to check in early. However another couple we met who stayed in same place was sent door codes and contact info in advance. Lots of space, good deck and views.of water. A couple of towels were dirty and had holes.
