The space Quiet and peaceful, the townhouse has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also. Leading from the dinning room is a spacious private balcony to Dine-Al Fresco, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one sofa bed for two extra sleeps, the townhouse is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Description Details LOUNGE Lounge, with 1 sofa bed for two extra sleeps, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LED television, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units, flat screen LED television. SLEEPING The sleeping arrangements provided are one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge. Our villa was very comfortable and in a great location. Check in was very easy and communication with our host Nuno was always prompt. I stayed for 3 weeks, 2 solo and then was joined by my daughter and 2 grandchildren.Nuno was first class as a host- clear instructions to check in and always available if any issue arose. Someone had swapped the sun lingers and Nuno came within an hour with new ones.The villa is spotless, decorated really well and The bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept in abroad!There are some updates required within the complex- swimming pool could be maintained better but I was off exploring and I guess this is reflected in the price.I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who simply wants a base to explore the Algarve. Only 35 mins from the airport and an array of beautiful beaches and restaurants close by.Loved it so much I’m booking for next year! ##### Kellie n.
