The location of the Villa is an excellent choice for both families and Golfers. No car required for this location everything is within walking distance and yet the villa is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac giving you an unbeatable location. Villa Description The Villa The Villa has its own private gate and is not overlooked. has 4 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 1 W/C, 1 new ultra-modern kitchen installed in 2019 a large open plan dining room / living room. The entire villa has 2019 has a tranquil décor and new climate control air conditioning / heating system, Wi Fi and interactive alarm system. The Villa has 2 private balconies off the upstairs bedrooms and 2 terraces on the ground floor. Outside area The fantastic, private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space and loungers to relax and soak up the sun. The Brick BBQ to the side of the garden with access to the kitchen is the perfect for the alfresco diners. There is a beautiful semi shaded terrace with a table and chairs and a chill out area with modern rattan furniture 8 loungers and a large 8 seater table and chairs for outdoor dining and to top it all off there is ample parking and a car shelter. Bedrooms Master Bedroom Top Floor is a very large room with a king-size bed it has ample room for 2 extra beds making it an excellent family room with private bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. Bedroom 2 located on the top floor is a double bedroom with built in office for those who need to work and play while in the beautiful Algarve (Printer / Scanner Available on request). It has its own private bathroom and private terrace. Bedroom 3 A Charming twin room with a shared bathroom Bedroom 4 This room has a stunning four poster double bed and views on the pool. A sliding door gives access to the pool area. Kitchen The Kitchen has new appliances including washing machine and access to the garden BBQ area directly. Dining Room / Living Room The relaxing atmosphere if this open plan split level room gives the opportunity to relax inside but almost feel like your outside it has 2 patio doors and 1 large window bringing the light and warmth of outside in to a chilled out dining and relaxing area. Location We are 2 mins walk from Intermarche olhos de agua and behind hotel Velemar. Located between the pleasant fishing village of Olhos de Agua and the famous Santa Eulalia Beach, in Albufeira. This luxurious villa is 750 meters away from Maria Luisa Beach and a stroll away from restaurants and supermarkets. Only at 3.5 Miles away from the historic centre of Albufeira and 4.5 miles from Villamoura. The location of the Villa is an excellent choice for families and Golfers. Surrounding area Authentic Algarve Olhos D’Agua is a short stroll away, backdropped by the region’s signature sandstone cliffs and stunning rock formations. It’s a breath-taking fishing village where you’ll see fishermen hauling in their catch ready to be barbecued at the friendly restaurants later that night. There are lots of eating places and bars along the main street that runs down the hill to the waterfront – where you’ll find a lovely little beach. Praia dos Olhos D’Agua is famous for its natural springs. When the tide is low, these freshwater springs can be found on the eastern side of the beach, among the rocks. The water is fresh, cold and can be drunk. These natural springs look a bit like eyes and gave the beach its name. Praia dos Olhos de Água is in English sometimes called Eyes of water beach. Not only did this work out perfectly, it actually was better in the real experience.Literally everything is around you. A big one for us was no car required. It definitely isn’t required.The Villa is so well equipped. We’re very into home cooking and we wanted for nothing. Charcoal bbq as well as a gas one if preferred. All bedrooms were very comfortable. It really is a five star villa! The villa is furnished with high end furniture and the beds are extremely comfortable. It’s 5/10 minutes walk from all the restaurants of Olhos D’Agua. The private pool was brilliant. The kids stayed in it from morning to night! Gardeners called twice during our stay to upkeep the garden and pool. The only negative was the Wifi, it’s none existent. We tried to use Netflix on a few occasions but due to the poor internet were unable. It didn’t bother us really as you don’t go on holiday to watch TV! The villa was clean and well presented and had had a lovely paint job since these pics were taken and the villa is now a lovely green. Slight downside was the strength of the Wi-Fi as couldn’t get access on any devices and it took an age for anything to load on the tv - not necessarily what we were on holiday for but good for checking emails and for the kids to cool off inside with when needed. Some of the rooms have been beautifully refurbished and I imagine the kitchen will follow soon. Sometimes had issues with hot water which was a bit frustrating, prob because there were a few of us getting ready at same time. Was great to be able to walk to supermarket and eateries. We walked to beach most days as pool didn’t get any sun in Autumn time and was freezing. Kids braved it couple of times. Taxis are very cheap (download local taxi app) and we visited Albuferia and Vilamoura for a few euros. Spent most of our evenings sitting outside chatting because it was warm. We were lucky it was unseasonably hot for October so managed a water park also. Defo a villa if you don’t want to drive. Only €40 for taxi to airport. Any issues were dealt with fairly quickly and villa manager responded to texts within an hour. ##### Cathryn A.
