Amazing villa in a perfect environment - Sea view - Heated Pool (NEW)

The villa is for 6 people and was refurbished in October 2015, in a clean, new mediterranean/ Marrocan style. It is located in one of the most famous palces of Albufeira, "the viewpoint" looking over the Fisherman's beach.

The viila has 3 suites bedrooms, two of those with single beds and the master suite with a kingsize bed. The master suite have an interior garden.

The bathrooms are 5 in total, 3 ensuites with shower and 2 toilet.

The living room has windows with sea views and the most perfect comfort to welcome/receive you and your family or friends!

The Kitchen is fully fitted with Maroccan hand tiles and all in white style.

The top terrace, located on the roof, is the perfect spot. It has a swimming pool (can be heated) with a cosy dinning/chill out area, sun loungers and poufs to enjoy the sun and atmosphere that we can offer you!

Everything about the house is wonderful! The location, view, rooftop patio/pool was a great addition. Cleaning service twice within the week was a great help. Old town was conveniently reached by two escalators down to the beach level. Restaurant (Divini) next door had good food and drinks.

Lovely location

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was spacious and very clean and in a perfect location away from all the noise of the strip, and close to escalators, tuk tuks and taxis. The property manager was great and came back to us promptly when contacted, she was very helpful. Only negative was to find the villa on another website an awful lot cheaper but you win some you loose some!

Fabulous Property

The upstairs pool and terrace were wonderful. Cleaners coming every other day was appreciated. All bedrooms had en suite bathrooms with good shower pressure! The only thing to be aware of is the house is right next to a Pizzeria that can occasionally cause some odd noises late at night. Great location for restaurants, beach, easy access for taxis/Uber. Overall a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Location!

This Villa is idyllic! It is within walking distance to just about everything. Upon arriving, there was a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us! It was very clean and well stalked. The bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is a little small for six people but we managed with no difficulties. We made good use of the rooftop pool, swimming every afternoon. We had a wonderful time and are thankful to Dream Villas Albufeira for accommodating us with our special requests. They went above and beyond! Thank You All!

Best location close to everything

We had a wonderful holiday week with the family. We enjoyed ourselves very much on the roof terrace with the nicest view. Cozy house with two indoor gardens. Plenty of space for us as five people in the family. Good service, clean and fresh. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Our stay was just amazing. It is the nicest house in whole Albufeira, the view is a almost 360‘ Panorama towards the ocean and the city of Albufeira. The service was extraordinary, like in a 5 star hotel. And we really enjoyed the heated pool in October.

Amazing Place!!

Awesome Villa…Very comfortable and spacious. Ocean views from every room. Very conveniently located as one can walk to Old Town, the Beach and Restaurants from this location. The deck was our haven and you just never tire of the view. Sandra and her team were very welcoming, a special touch, as we arrived late in the day, a welcoming fruit basket was appreciated. They accommodated us with our requests to make our vacation a memorable one.i.e. referred a tour guide so we could tour the Algarve, referred typical Portuguese restaurants. Heloisa was most gracious and always accomodating. If you visit Albufiera, Fisherman’s beach, this Villa is where you want to stay!!! Our only complaint was that you need to invest in a good set of kitchen knives for preparing food and ones that are sharp. We ended up using the bread knife most of the time because the 2 other knives were both dull.

Most amazing view & owner!

If you’re looking for the best view in town, look no further! Everything about this property is incredible from the rooftop pool and the interior and of course Sandra! We asked late in the day to have the pool heated and she was over within minutes to assist. We will definitely come back and would never stay anywhere else!! Thank you thank you!!!!

Fantastic villa great location

We all had a great time here situated between the old and new town so it worked well for us. The onlt down side we needed 3 more sun loungers as there are onlt 3 but villa holds 6 perhaps remove one set of table and chairs to accomadate this.

Stunning Outstanding Property In An Amazing Position

We have just returned after a week's stay prior to Easter. We were a family of five and this property was absolutely perfect for us. From it's beautiful decor and tasteful furnishings inside to the 'amazing' roof terrace complete with pool we loved every minute of this house. Situated right at the top of the escalators leading down into Albufeira Old Town, this property is really something special. The perfect place to stay if you want to be near the town. We were met by the delightful Sandra, who offered help and advice and then left us to enjoy the delights of this beautiful house. With amazing sea views and a roof terrace to die for what more could you want. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone - It's honestly worth the extra spend! If you can afford it book it - It's beautiful.

Centrally located, great villa, accommodating host, good communication, very clean, all the amenities you need, but make sure you have a small vehicle for the parking and the bbq is only an exterior cooking plate so we didn't use it and enjoyed the local restaurants instead which were excellent.

Lovely Villa in the ideal location. First class on all fronts. Chill out base right in the centre of things. Although so quiet you would never know you were practically in the centre of town. The views are to die for. Lovely pool to cool off in. This villa has everything you could need for an enjoyable exciting yet relaxing holiday. Chill out during the day before hitting the town at night. Albufeira has everything from lively bars to high end dining. Loved it all.

Bezauberndes Ferienhaus in Toplage

Wir (6 Erwachsene) verbrachten einen Traumurlaub in der bezaubernden Villa in Albufeira. Wir sind seit Jahren erfahrene Portugalurlauber und waren skeptisch, was den Aufenthalt in Albufeira angeht. Die Lage der Villa ist phantastisch, direkt am Strand, nahe der Innenstadt und trotzdem nachts sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgewählt. Die Dachterrasse sehr geräumig, der Pool ideal und die Longuemöbel laden zum Entspannen ein. Lediglich der Sonnenschirm könnte etwas größer und stabiler sein. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und die Reinemachfrauen sehr freundlich und gründlich. Die Betreuung durch Marita war sehr angenehm und sie hatte für alles ein offenes Ohr. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The villa was lovely, spotless with cleaners coming in and maintaining the villa during your stay, it was situated in a great location, with a great roof terrace overlooking the beach and old town If I had any criticism at all, it was that the pool was not heated and was too cold for our family to use
