Villa Kailua is a charming traditional villa with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday close to the beach and all amenities. Located in a quiet area of Santa Eulália, Albufeira, this property combines comfort and privacy with easy access to the lively local scene. The bright living room is perfect for gathering and relaxing, featuring a comfortable lounge area and an integrated dining space. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, also with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides the perfect space to prepare family meals in a relaxed and functional environment. Outside, the villa features a beautiful garden and a large private pool that can be heated (additional cost), surrounded by a lounging area ideal for relaxing under the Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying pleasant summer evenings. Villa Kailua is located on a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to the old town and other beaches. Pool was brilliant both for adults and supervised children. Villa had plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. Any issues were dealt with quickly by the Villa management team who were very responsive. The shower room downstairs flooded and water leaked into the hallway, not ideal when you have little children running around. This is due to a design fault with the shower tray. One of the downstairs bedrooms smelt of damp, opening a window helped to remove the this. ##### Gordon L. The best part was the location as it felt safe, was walking distance from everything we needed and was a quiet and friendly area. The villa was large, and easily accommodated the 6 adults in our group. The pool was also the highlight, it was clean and the perfect temperature. The place could have been a bit cleaner, as we noticed a lot of stains on sheets and floors, and when we arrived there was broken glass, which was supposed to be cleaned up before our arrival, but someone in our group still managed to get cut by it. An unfortunate thing we will note is to make sure to canvas the property before you enjoy your stay, as we noticed a broken lounge chair and should have mentioned something, and then ended up being charged by the host for it, even though it was broken before our return. We also felt rushed out by the cleaners on our way out, even though it was before our check out deadline. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would probably find a different villa to book next time. ##### LEE R. Me and my 10 mates stayed here for 5 days and oh my word what a beautiful villa this is, from the pool and the garden too each individual bedroom and table being cleaned. I highly recommend this villa if your looking for something close to the strip, beach and also some nice shops. Even when our flight was delayed we had a welcome meeting the following day which was a nice touch especially after the rough few hours we had the previous day.
