House sleeps max 16 guests per township regulations. 2 year olds and under do not count towards limit.  
  
Heated Pool will be CLOSED for winter starting on October 5th. Will reopen around Memorial Day 2026.  
  
Welcome to our newer construction 4,000sf home in the picturesque Indian Mountain Lakes Community of the Pocono Mountains. The space is great for family and friends to enjoy all of the surrounding activities in the Pocono Mountains or for a quiet escape in the mountains.  
  
All of our guests get FREE access to the community's private amenities.  
  
Community Rules:  
 In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 2 business days before check-in. If we don't have this information 3 business days prior to your stay there is a $115 late fee.

Points forts : Propreté

Cam and Emily have a lovely home. It's very spacious with a loft that is perfect for kids. Some of the items in the house need to be fixed or replaced but the house is a good size for large groups with plenty of beds and 2.5 bathrooms. We used the hot tub and fire pit daily. We had issues with the sauna and the pool didn't warm up but Cam was very responsive, sent someone over right away and worked hard to resolve. We saw a family of deer every morning and evening which was nice because it's not something we usually see in the city. We did some hiking, saw some alpacas, made new memories, overall we had a great time!
