Whether you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway or an exciting and fun vacation, we have the perfect place for you to stay! We are located in a gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes where you can feel safe. Not only do you have access to all of the amenities in the community, but the location is in a prime area where you will be minutes from all different types of activities to satisfy any desires you have! This spacious and cozy home will make you feel relaxed, fulfilled and a craving to come back for more. Spend the day outside playing tennis or basketball at the courts. Take a ride in the kayak, or go fishing on the lake! With 1.5 acres of land you can enjoy the privacy and the space this home has to offer. If you’re lucky, you’ll even see some of the woodland creatures prancing throughout the trees surrounding the area. We have deer sightings quite often!

Feel like staying in? Come and spend some time in the game room which includes: air hockey, ping pong, foosball and a pool table ready for you to enjoy at your leisure! Enjoy the large deck that includes a gazebo for you and your company to enjoy (May 1- November 1). Cuddle up to the wood burning fireplace inside the house with your favorite beverage of choice or come out and enjoy the fire pit and roast s’mores by the starlight.

For the active type, there are ski mountains, state parks, golf clubs, casinos, shopping and hiking trails a short distance away. Come and enjoy Americas most largest water park - Kalahari Water Park just a short ride away. Love to ski? Big Boulder, Camelback and Jack Frost minutes away as well. For the golfers in the group, there are four major courses in the nearby areas, check out Hideaway Hills Golf Club, Jack Frost National Golf Club, Mount Airy Golf Club and Split Rock Golf Club. Popular Pocono Raceway just 6 miles away. We offer free wi-fi to ensure that even on your break, you can show off the amazing time you’re having to all your friends and family! There is truly fun for everyone!

Amazing!!
My friends and I rented this house for a weekend. The house worked perfect! It was clean, well organized, and increadibly cozy! There were fun games to keep us entertained, and great places for all of us to sit and watch a movie. Backyard was great, trampoline was a hit! Hosts are great with communication and are very helpful if needed. Would recommend to stay!!

Spacious!
This place was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of kitchen accessories. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The game room was awesome and where my adult kids and granddaughters spent most of our time. The deck is very spacious. We got to play outdoors and the pups love it! I would highly recommend this home! The host was very quick at replying and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway
This rental was awesome for a family of 8 with two young children. We thought all the rooms were spacious and adequate for the time of our stay. We absolutely loved the game room and all the amenities available to us! We spent majority of the time there. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen provided many pots/pans in which we cooked for most of our stay. We loved it and had a great time. Thank you again!

Great house
This house was perfect for our extended family of 10. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and all fit comfortably. The house is all one floor living so if you have trouble getting around or don’t want kids running up and down the steps this is perfect. The back yard was perfect for the kids and they’d run outside as soon as they got up and if enjoy my breakfast/coffee in the gazebo while they ran around. The home included linens, towels, and all the kitchen items you would need. The kids loved the pool and the lake. The owner/manager was completely responsive with any questions we had. We’d absolutely stay at this property again.

Our Tubing Weekend
Always looking for a property for our Annual Tubing Weekend at Blue Mountain. This home definitely fit the bill! The game room was a big hit with the 13 and 11 year olds! Saturday they had brought their Corn Hole Boards and held a tournament on the looong deck! Grilled steaks on the grill, and had a “real” fireplace which was a hit! If they were bored it was their fault!! Location is in a gated community which gave us a sense of security! My big advantage was having our 14 year old “puppy” with us… easy access to outside was a huge plus! My husband and I slept in the game room “pull out” because of Dakoda’s 3-4 am potty breaks… I was able to take him out without disturbing the others… the pull out itself was quite comfortable for these over 60 bodies! Romana was available whenever we had questions; and even “checked in on us” on Saturday! Comments from our group: Very Clean: Best property we had stayed at…and The Game Room! We were blessed with a sunny blue sky weekend which made the stay even better! Overall, we couldn’t have found a more perfect place for our family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and kids) and Dakoda!❤️

This house had everything we needed! The game room and kid toys were a major plus . The outside fire pit and play set entertained the kids - even in the cold! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Perfect house - very clean and organized ! The communication was perfect ! I had a few questions and I had a response within minutes !

Badly in need of maintenance- kitchen cabinets expanding due to water damage, floor squeaks going from master BR to master bath, wavy vinyl floors in hallway and kitchen. no dvd player for a family place. Trash wasnt picked up when it was supposed to be. Had issues with gate process on check in, long line at gate EVERY time and rude attendant. Deck unsafe for children. trampoline not safe as the barrier not installed on one side. heater for game room inadequate size, that unit was for a small bathroom. Outlets dont hold a plug, unsafe! The fourth bedroom was really the game room whith only access was through bedroom number three! Master bath very small despite obvious new improvements. Home overall very dated. Unit needs a major cosmectic and structural upgrade, way overpriced given the distance to camelback. On a positive note, Romana was easy and nice to communicate with. However, Would not rent here again or recommend.

Perfect house for teenage boys
We rented this house to take our twin boys and their friends skiing for the weekend to celebrate their 16th birthday. The house was clean and the host was more than responsive to us! It was an easy drive to the slope and the game room kept them occupied for hours after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this house.

Owner was SUPER responsive and helpful. Property was nice, game room was awesome for the kids. The home owner removed "the hot tub" from her listing but I still saw it. Had to deal with some disappointed kids. The description says "take a ride in the kayak" but you can only do that if its your own. Oven was dirty but everything else was clean. All things considered our family had fun and would consider returning. I think the confusion we experienced was more VRBO's mistake and not the home owner.

Picture perfect retreat!
Our family ranges in age from 11-74. There was something for everyone to do and spread out. The game room was a massive hit as we are fiercely competitive in our family. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to prepare meals. Loved our deer visitors each day. The neighborhood was so quiet and clean, perfect for this early morning jogger. Loved how close we were to all the activities we had planned. The fire pit was so much fun to sit around, make s’mores and share stories. This truly was a picture perfect vacation. Special thanks to Romona for answering all my questions so promptly. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Clean house with great game room
This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. My wife, two teen sons, in-laws and I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Upon arrival it was clear the house was clean and cared for. Comfortable beds and furniture. Game room was a huge plus for our family, especially since it was a bit rainy when we were there. The house would also work well for two families with a few kids.

Pre Christmas / Birthday Weekend
Pandemic travel restrictions threw a wrench into this annual long weekend just before Christmas to celebrate birthdays w/ my girlfriend, her pre-teen son, two adult children, future son-in-law and our chihuahua. Instead of traveling away, we kept it in-state and decided to do winter adventures in the Poconos, tubing at Camelback, Horseback riding in Cresco, Off roading on the around Pocono Raceway and Jim Thorpe for a day. All indoor dinner plans were cancelled as well so we did all our eating at the property and prepared and cooked as well. Although we did take some cast iron skillets, and a Turkey roasting pan, the home was equipped nicely with cookware, serving platters, flatware, etc A large ShopRite was about 15 minutes away and was impeccable in terms of stock, amenities and customer service. The property is well maintained save for some minor screen (side door & master bedroom) and closet issues (game room). The ground around the home is stunning and the deer literally walk right up to you. A major disappointment was that while the driveway was plowed, the steps to the entrance of the home was buried under an easy foot of snow after a recent snowfall. With no shovel in sight, we needed to use a window squeegee & two sets of hands just to make a path to the lock box. Not a great start. The gorgeous deck, gazebo and fire pit area were also rendered useless because it wasn’t shoveled out either. When we went out for groceries we purchased a shovel. I shoveled the side entry way and my son shoveled out the fire pit area so we could enjoy a least a portion of the outdoors with morning coffee, the beautiful deer and winterscape. We wanted to use the deck, gazebo and the surrounding grounds so if you plan on wanting to utilize the entire property and all it’s features.. check first. We were truly very disappointed. Indoors the game room provided good fun for all ages. TVs were great just don’t expect to watch major networks unless you already subscribe to a service that gets you that access. Other than that your stuck with streaming & Internet channels. The home however, was perfect for all our needs and sleeping arrangements. Very cozy, decorated for Christmas (yay!) and comfy furniture. Another bump in the road came on our 3rd day of 4 when the cleaning service showed up and rather rudely said... aren’t you supposed to be out? I produced my itinerary to get her to leave. Romana was a delight to work with however & responds quick.

Perfect getaway for a mini vacation
This house was perfect for our family. Larger than what it appears in pictures,. The game room was a huge hit. The home was very clean which is very Important to me as I travel with an arsenal of cleaning supplies. I’m happy to say that said cleaning supplies did not have to be used. Romana is quick to answer any questions and even gave me advice on what to feed the deer. Speaking of deer, they are everywhere and are not afraid to come VERY close to you if you have bread. Make sure you bring extra or even apples. I felt like the pipe piper. Started feeding three and before I knew it there were at least 12 in the driveway! We will definitely be back and I’ve already told family all about this gem of a house. Thanks Romana and you’ll be hearing from us again!!!

Amazing Vacation in the Poconos
If you are looking for a GREAT property in the Poconos for a vacation or short getaway, THIS is the place to come. Romina was very helpful with my pre-arrival questions, and was always responsive -- often within minutes -- to any queries when we were on site. This house is kept impeccable clean. Believe me, I am a stickler for "clean", and this property definitely was. The master bedroom and larger guest bedroom face the street, but the neighborhood is so quiet, you actually think you are alone in the wilderness. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a grocery store not too far away (Aharts, in Blakeslee). Romina's property is centrally located to many great excursion destinations. We went rafting on the Lehigh River, kayaking on the Delaware River, horseback riding in White Haven and ventured deep into a coal mine in Scranton. But, if you prefer to stay local, you need not move further than the back deck! The hot tub and gas grill were used nightly, the fire pit was great for making s'mores and just hanging out, and the gazebo was a welcome quiet place for reading. If you are traveling with children, the game room will be an instant hit. You can't go wrong -- and they'll never be bored! -- with foosball, air hockey, ping-pong and billiards. We also brought some board games from home, and the picnic table on the back deck was a nice place to be in the sunshine, get fresh air and have family time. Romina also provides amenity passes for her guests, which will get you access to two on-site pools and the lake/beach area.
