It is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and restaurants. This area maintains its charm both during the summer and winter seasons as it is a quiet town, with numerous playgrounds and gardens. Just a few meters from the apartment is the pedestrian promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: trendy restaurants as well as famous rice restaurants, beach bars to have a drink, wooden walkways in the sand, umbrella and hammock service in the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighboring neighborhood of Malvarrosa there are supermarkets and ATMs, in addition to the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
