"Too much noise in the halls, small bed for two, hard pillow, only one pillow person, a false fire alarm at 3:30AM woke me up ! No apologies. The breakfast quality could be improved... asked for 30 minutes extension and absolutely no flexibility. The area is ok,but not for tourist, its safe. They have a events business, not sure if those caused fireworks well pass midnight. My sleep was defficient. Even though i asked for a quiet room, they seem to not understand my petition."
