You will be staying in a spacious and bright 3-room penthouse that measures 120 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. The unit features sloping ceilings, tasteful and stylish furnishings, and a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a dining table, and a TV. There is one open, large double bedroom with sloping ceilings, a dressing room with a double sofabed, a double bed, and a TV. Additionally, there is another room with two beds. The penthouse also has an exit leading to a balcony.

The penthouse is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, bidet, and toilet, and the other with a bath, shower, and toilet. The unit has gas heating, which is available only from October 15th to April 15th. The floors are made of parquet. Other amenities include a hair dryer, free WiFi internet, a small balcony, a small terrace, and a sitting area with a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the garden.
