We stayed overnight and did not use the kitchen. At least one restaurant and one coffee shop are within a quarter mile or so. Queen bedroom is nice, full bedroom a little snug if you’re not use to that. Stairs are steep if that is a concern.It’s an old, charming house that’s had a facelift. It is very spacious and comfortable. We had two issues with the check-in process that is worth noting. One is there was no actual check-in process. Noted on the listing, only check out. When we arrived at 9:00 at night we had to call to get assistance because the location of the lock box as well as where we were supposed to enter the unit. We're not immediately apparent to us. The second and bigger issue was it was a 90 day the day we checked in. When we got there the air conditioning was off and the apartment was well over 80\. They have two small window units servicing a large apartment in an older house. Needless to say, it took hours for it to come down to a decent temperature and by the next morning it was just starting to be a good temperature. The bed was very comfortable. ##### Matt H. We were so comfortable, had plenty of room, loved sitting at the kitchen table every morning having coffee and discussing our plans for the day. We loved having a washer and dryer on site, we loved the comfortable bedding and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is decorated so darling and has everything you need. The front porch was lovely although I didn't have much time to sit on it! I did get joy at one rainy afternoon for a short time. And we loved our back door / porch entrance. We absolutely loved Gigi, the resident pup and we miss her already! The only thing I would want to say for future visitors is to know that the stairs can be hard for someone with disabilities. I have a very bad back, but in the end maybe it was good for me after all to have to do it everyday, although it was hard! 😊. Also, it would be so easy to make a little half bath in the back room, there is already plumbing there and plenty of room. That would save a few trips on the stairs anyway! We absolutely loved "our" little house for the week and we would definitely stay again in the future. Peter and Brooke are the best hosts!
