The place was clean, comfortable and well kept with all the basic amenities you could need. Location is perfect for exploring all that Mendocino County has to offer. Our family enjoyed the incredible views, spacious layout, and hot tub time! Host was gracious and communicative without being overbearing - offering quick reminders for garbage etc. and answering all questions quickly and kindly. Highly recommend! The views from the living room and deck are as spectacular as the photos! We had daily visits from deer and foxes. A great place to come back to after visiting parks, Mendocino Botanical Gardens, and a lovely place to wake up to sea breezes. ##### Richard B.
