Welcome to this superb recent villa of 2017 "Dôme of Mauritus", built in an original architecture of 300m2 in the shape of a dome which lets appear peace, space and brightness thanks to its skylight located in the center
Located in the town of Albion on the west coast of Mauritius which benefits from the best sunshine rate over the year, this house combines both tranquility since it is slightly set back from the city center while remaining accessible in 3 minutes by car or you will find a grocery store which offers everything you need for your daily life as well as 2 or 3 restaurants in which you can eat on site, take out or for some, have it delivered. You can also enjoy free access to the famous beach of the plantation's Club Med, as well as all these services offered in terms of nautical activities or catering for a fee (day or evening).
The villa is self-sufficient, however, since it has a large private swimming pool equipped with a jacuzzi for moments of relaxation and a counter-current swim that will delight the most athletic of you as well as a large tropical garden regularly maintained by a gardener.
During your stay Madhuri will be there to welcome you and will be at your disposal 3 days a week to maintain your villa, wash and iron your laundry. She can also prepare good meals on request at an additional cost per person.
This villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living / dining room decorated in a contemporary style with a fully equipped open kitchen.
A television with cable channels and WIFI are provided free of charge
The villa is fully secure and has an alarm system attached to surveillance cameras that are triggered automatically during an intrusion. A safe is also available.
A fitness center is available within the residence. You can then enjoy the hammam, sauna, a communal swimming pool as well as free weights. Water aerobics, zumba classes and massages are available at an additional cost.

Lovely almost new villa on the outskirts of Albion, we chose this area as it is one of driest parts of the island. Some noise from a villa going up nearby but overall pretty quiet and a lovely pool. The only missing bit is only 2 sun loungers which for a family is not enough - oddly we have had this with other villas too We found Winners to be the best supermarket up at Cascavelle shopping mall with the most choice and Dodo down in Albion for daily bits like French Sticks Booking very easy and communication / help was superb from Geraldine, you do need a car & we hired a car with Pingouin at the airport who were well priced and there were no issues

Your home away from home
Beautiful dome with all the amenities. Though it is very far away from tourist attractions. car is very must as you won't get a taxi at this location. very peaceful and beautiful views from the dome .nearest seaside are approximately 10/15 minutes away in the car and few grocery shops and restaurant. The dome has smart TV and good internet connection. The dome owner is very helpful she has a housekeeper Madhuri who visited only once to clean the place and make the beds during our 8 days stay. you must bring your all the toiletries with you and washing detergent for washing clothes etc as it's not provided. And be prepared to do house cleaning yourself in the dome or pay extra for all these services. Overall we had a lovely time in the dome. one must look out for the month you are travelling to Mauritius due to rainy seasons and cyclones as we did in this month of March this was the only drawback we had.

Peaceful and serene.
The description of the villa was exactly how we found it. Beautiful views of the coastline from the pool. Perfectly managed landscape within our premises. Everything is modern and of good quality, from cutlery all the way to the smart TV worked perfectly. The layout of the Dome has been planned and excequeted to perfection. The owner was always on hand by WhatsApp or email to help with any issues however little. The house keeping lady was punctual and very through in her duties.. The pool keeper always made sure the pool was spotless..A car is a must. The local supermarket supply the best pastries and French bread and many products you would find in your own supermarket.. The Dome was one of the reasons we had a perfect holiday..

Beautiful villa with excellent service!
Well maintained, lovely pool, beautifully decorated with lots of space. The owner is very friendly and attentive who responds within minutes to any queries. The lady who Looks after the property on behalf of the owner is incredibly helpful too. She can cook, clean and do your washing if you wish. Highly recommend this place!!!

Je n’ai pas par habitude de laisser des appréciations suite à mes séjours mais dans ce cas je souhaite partager notre expérience. Avec mon épouse , mes filles et mes gendres, nous avons opté pour cette location pour une durée de 14 jours. Tout de suite après ma réservation, j’ai reçu un message de Geraldine avec les informations préliminaires et surtout son contact afin de poser toutes les questions que nous souhaitions. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, de nouveau tous les renseignements utiles pour notre arrivée, et à notre arrivée nous avons été reçu par Geraldine et son époux, ils nous ont présenté la maison et donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour y séjourner. La maison est très agréable, très spacieuse, bien décorée et extrêmement bien équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable, une vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse, de plus nous avions demandé à Asha de nous préparer le repas du soir et là encore que du bonheur. La piscine est très originale et très bien entretenue ainsi que le jardin. La salle de sport bien achalandée pour les sportifs. Géraldine et son époux nous ont donné tous les bons plans sur l’île pour les randos, sortie en mer, courses, plages enfin mieux que le guide du routard. Je lors si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour sur cette magnifique île, je vous recommande de louer cette villa et tout le service qui va avec. Alors un grand merci à Geraldine et son époux pour nous avoir aussi bien reçu et à Asha pour ces services.

Superbe maison bien placée
Nous avons passés un super séjour en famille dans cette très belle villa bien située au centre ouest. Très pratique pour sillonner aux 4 coins de l'ile. Géraldine la propriétaire est bien attentionnée pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux et Madhuri la femme de ménage est très sympathique. Bien faire attention dans le descriptif de la maison que vous ne vous occupez pas de votre linge (vous n'avez pas accès à la machine à laver c'est la femme de ménage qui s'en occupe les jours où elle passe à la villa 3 fois par semaine). Prévoir peut être un peu plus de change que prévu.

déçus par l'environnement
Nous avons passé une semaine aux dômes d'albion La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos Par contre l'environnement est décevant Vous arrivez dans un chantier car la résidence n'est pas terminée Ce qui veut dire travaux qui démarre vers 7h30 sauf samedi et dimanche. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière rouge donc piscine et extérieurs n'étaient pas très propres malgré le passage régulier de Madhuri et du pisciniste Suite à un problème technique la température de la piscine n'a atteint la température de 29 degrés qu'en fin de séjour La location sera sûrement très bien quand les travaux seront finis Nous avons malgré tout passe un séjour agréable sur l'île Maurice où les gens sont charmants Géraldine la gérante a été très réactive et attentionnée jusqu'au moment où nous lui avons fait part de nos remarques

Bien,à part le manque de propreté et les nuisances des travaux
La villa,sa piscine chauffée,le jaccuzi ,son magnifique jardin, l agencement, la disponibilité et l’écoute de Geraldine. Malheureusement tout était sale, la vaisselle, le frigo, le micro-ondes, le barbecue, le sol, et même des taches de sang sur le duvet... le matin les travaux commencent à 7h30, beaucoup de nuisance et de poussière, ce qui empêche de profiter de la piscine avec son magnifique jardin. Malgré tout cela on a pu passer des bons moments en famille.Malika A
