The property was beautiful and well maintained. The event center was a life saver when it came to occupying children in between fishing and kayaking. The house itself was great but there were a few things missing. Hand towels and rags were provided but not bath towels so make sure you bring those and there’s plenty of kitchen utensils but no oven mitts. Luckily if you forget anything there is a dollar general just up the road. There is also a small marina just down the road as well that rents pontoon boats for under 300\. There’s so much to do that is so close to the cabins. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again. ##### Rylee H. They loved having their own space in the loft! The recreation center was a hit and a perfect place to be on the hot summer afternoons! This was their first time kayaking and they both loved it. The kayaks could have been in better shape though. Self serve store was convenient, as well as the hot tub area. Overall, I would highly recommend. Convenient to downtown Guntersville and Guntersville State Park. They have a game room for the kids with inflatables and other games, have bicycles for the kids to ride. Kayaks are available to use on the pond. Will definitely be back. ##### Michael H.
