Beautiful spot in PEI. Farm roads near the property are a joy to walk down. Close to town, but not too close. Loved it.

On our dream vacation.
Coming in the entrance to the grounds were very nicely kept. LISA was very helpful and friendly. The remodelled room was awesome. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. It would be a perfect place for a family reunion. Lots of room.

i liked the friendliness of the owners we stayed in a room with two queen beds, a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge and washroom as well for 4days ,its meant for overnight guest they had nothing else available, so it was our choice. All things considered it was a nice room , .

Great Little Getaway
Had a great stay in a nice quiet area. Lisa and Paul the new owners were wonderful. Great basic accommodations with lots of room. Beds were very comfortable. If we were going to be in the area again we would stay here.... Thanks Lisa....

Breakfast on site would be convenient. Having other guests sitting on the porch in front of our unit was a bit uncomfortable. Facilities themselves were fine.

The mattress was awful. The bathroom light wshooked into the fan which was as loud as a cessa plane . Same with the folks on either side of us... Sooo up all night ! The tv remote did not work to rurn off n on. Staff showed us how to turn it on when we checked-in. Loved thelo cation.

We stayed during hurricane Dorian, although we lost power the night we stayed there was a generator on in the morning so we could have hot showers and coffee. Everything considered with the storm we enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and included a full kitchen. It was clean, well taken care of, and very comfortable. The only disappointment was that I thought it said there was a beach view and that was not there.

It was very close to job site and even booked out extra rooms without a problem. They accommodated the crews right away.

The motel rooms are old. We did get a cottage the second night which was an improvement. As a family of 4 this gave us more room. When I booked online the cottages were not an option. It was fine for a couple of nights but not sure if I would spend more than that there unless it was in a cottage.

Check In Problem
Only issue we faced was since we arrived late around 9.15 pm so there wasn’t anybody to check us in and we didn’t see any proper prominent sign of property’s name and had to struggle for 20 minutes in the area to locate . Even the guys at TimHortens which is almost next door to check in office was not aware of the property . We had to actually mock st the doors of a cabin and they guided us towards location of office as well as the number to call after hours ( posted on their doors ) . There was no response from regular number . Finally on phone they informed us of our cottage number and we managed to check in . Other than this aspect this is an excellent property .

Really disappointed
take care for your reservations, on the site of hotel.com and the concordance with the establishment, they do not offer a kitchenette as described on hotel.com, the owner never wanted to honor these accommodations, we lost our time, and our money. I was not satisfied with the results after discussion with the owner who offered us as an alternative to upgrade our room to a cottage, which would be $ 50 per night extra.

We’d return without hesitation.
Traveling through the NW corner of PEI you won’t find fancy establishments so this one is simple, clean and comfy. Owner Gary will answer all enquiries with a smile. Our self-contained, fully equipped cottage lacked nothing as even my wife acknowledged. Nearby Alberton has a bakery/restaurant with long line-ups at lunch time.
