This Albert Town holiday home enjoys a gorgeous open-plan living space comprised of plush leather couches, a wall-mount Smart TV with Netflix, board games and a timber dining table. A modern and stylish kitchen provides modern appliances and a centre-island bench, while the space flows through to an additional separate living space with a gas fire to keep you warm in the winter months.  
  
Four bedrooms comprised of neutral tones and indoor-outdoor flow sleep up to eight guests. The master bedroom enjoys the luxury of a tiled ensuite, while the remainder of the home provides a large family bathroom and separate laundry with full facilities.  
  
Situated on a fenced suburban section, there’s plenty of grass to run around on. Meanwhile, there’s off-street parking with room for a boat, as well as the convenience of an internal-access double garage.  
  
This Albert Town location means you’re surrounded by a range of biking and walking tracks, as well as the picturesque Clutha River. You’re also a 20-minute stroll to the Albert Town shops with a local pub, patisseries, takeaway shop and Four Square supermarket.  
  
Central Wanaka is just a seven-minute drive away, with the iconic lakefront and a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Hit the slopes with Cardona Alpine Resort just 40 minutes down the road!
