We had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with family. My niece lives about 15 minutes away from the house and she just had a baby 3 weeks ago and we wanted to visit and meet new baby. We are from Miami, Florida and it was just perfect. The only complaint we had were the beds in the basement and in the upstairs weren’t very comfortable. Maybe needs replacing. You feel the springs. Maybe if you use upstairs room for kids mattress are ok but two adults in 1 queen bed not the best. Downstairs same complaint. But overall everything else was perfect and great communication with owner. Thank you for having us! The place is beautiful

We enjoyed our stay with our family. Our hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The home is as beautiful as it’s described. Clean, peaceful with a private pond in the back. Perfect for wedding, cookouts, and fishing. We highly recommend this property.

This house fit our needs perfectly. It was so comfortable and stocked with all the right necessities. The hosts were such wonderful people to work with. The yard and pond was beautiful. We enjoyed the covered porch immensely. If ever in the need for a house this size in the area again this will be our choice. Highly recommended!

#### One of our best rentals ever!
We have had many rentals in the past, and this by far has been one of our best experiences. We used this as a getaway for my wife's 50th birthday party. We wanted to make sure that there was enough room inside for family/friends to stay for a few days and then have a big party over the weekend. Unfortunately, it was rainy on her birthday, but there was plenty of covered deck space and inside space for eveyrone. The house had everything you could think of as well to help host the party (such as serving bowls and pots/pans for cooking). All in all it was a good experience. Wish the weather could have been a little better, but it did not stop any of the festivities.

#### Amazing Country Getaway
The house is amazing. It is roomy, comfortable and feels like home. The layout is outstanding and the kids always had something to do. The fishing pond and paddle boat were a huge hit and the fish are always hungry. This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We loved it, the kids loved it, and we can’t wait to come back. Jeff and Betsy were amazing hosts. You can’t go wrong with this amazing country getaway.

#### Loved every minute
We had an amazing time! Jeff was amazing with the communication, the property was gorgeous. Kids are already asking to go back! Since I’ve retired in 2021 from the Marine Corp this was our family first getaway. We had such an amazing time. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay for an extra day. Definitely looking forward to another trip!

This was our second visit to this property. We can’t get enough of it! This house and property is beautiful! Love the layout so each couple has their privacy and the open kitchen living room for all to enjoy! The pond is fantastic and we enjoyed fishing and paddle boating. The back porch is where we lived most of the time. It was an incredible place to get all my immediate family together Betsy and Jeff were always a text away. Couldn’t ask for better hosts! I would highly recommend for any family!

#### Great for quality family time
We stayed at this property for our annual family vacation ranging from ages of 25-78\. Everyone enjoyed this home, and it nicely stocked with a lot of necessities. The owner was readily available to communicate with any questions we had even after providing a detailed instruction on the home. We enjoyed the hanging out outside around the fire pit and walking around the property too.

#### Fabulous Family Vacation
We had the most wonderful stay at Betsy and Jeffrey’s house! Our four daughters and all our son in laws all got together in this wonderful 5 bedroom house that is set on a beautiful property with a fishing pond. The huge porch facing the backyard was perfect for all our meals and the house was spacious and had everything you could possibly need We can’t wait to return next year!

#### The Gobble’s Wedding
Jeff & Betsy are fantastic people. From checking in, ANY questions we had and the check-out process they were beyond attentive! We all loved the property. It truly is a special place. We couldn’t have picked a better place to start our next chapter in life as husband and wife. Every detail you could think of was handled! The house is very clean and well equipped and immediately felt like home. We all plan on returning!!

#### Perfect Wedding Venue
I recently hosted a wedding for about 100 people at this property, and I couldn't have asked for better. Jeff and Betsy went above and beyond to accommodate everything that we needed and were incredibly responsive to all communication. The property was beautifully maintained, and lots of local vendors were familiar with the place, which made working with them much easier. We were able to have the whole wedding party stay for the weekend, which was incredibly convenient. And being able to rent chairs and tables on site was fantastic. Our wedding here was every bit as beautiful as much more expensive venues, and I would recommend this place for any event where hosts are interested in doing a little diy decorating.

Jeff & Betsy we’re fantastic! We met with them a few months ago to book their beautiful home for our Halloween wedding & they were very accommodating. They welcomed us, our family & our fur babies for our special day, everybody had a great time! The paddle boat was a big hit with our family. We loved the secluded feeling of the property & would highly recommend staying at Diamonds Place!

#### Incredible wedding weekend
We got married at nearby Dennis vineyards, and this property was perfectly located only a few minutes down the road. We rented this house as a place for our wedding party to stay and for our rehearsal dinner. The house was more than we could've ever asked for. Not only was the property beautiful, but Jeff was more than accommodating. Our guests can't stop raving about how perfect the house was. The space also accommodated our large rehearsal dinner guest list perfectly. The property is private and the large parking lot was perfect to accommodate a lot of family and friends to stop by who were visiting from out of town. We were also able to get some beautiful pictures around the private lake on the property.

#### Beautiful house, beautiful property.
We stayed here with friends & absolutely loved it (group of 5 adults & 3 children). The outside covered porch is beautiful. Even during a heatwave, we were nice & cool in the shade, under the fans. The kids loved the basement; it was like their own little clubhouse get-away from the adults. The owners have so many games like pool, bocce, cornhole, darts... You're never bored. Ooh & the lake with the paddleboats was a huge hit with everyone! All of the appliances were clean & working well. The beds were all nicely done, and it was great having a fan in most (all?) rooms. My only complaint is the water in the downstairs bathroom sinks was very smelly, and the shower there was quite slick. If it were my home, I would have appliques on the floor for safety. But honestly, we would give this house a 9.5/10\. We hope to come back again next year!!

I have really enjoyed the place, it really felt me awesome. We took the place for our wedding everyone word about place is 'Amazing' .The owner jeff was so good as a person and I hope we will book it again in future.
