"Our family of 11 had a great time this weekend at hubbard shores. Yes, the water levels are low but that is Texas at the current time. The house and property are beautiful. Communication with owners was easy and great. Easy access to property as well. Listing says it sleeps 12 but I would say 10 unless you have 3 people sleeping in the king size beds. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom. The 3 bathrooms are great and plenty of storage. Also washer & dryer...
