The room was very dirty. The whole place smelled like syrup, urine, and stale popcorn. Your shoes stuck to the floor and I had to clean dried spilled soda from the night stand. This property should not even be an option through Expedia.

Even though the young man at the front desk was very nice, the hotel conditions are horrible. My room was very smelly. Thank God I had a can of lysol in my car so spray the room down and it was much better after some time. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Terrible terrible! The only good thing this jotel had was the pool. It was warm and clean.

Mold everywhere, dirty linens, bad smell throughout the building and also musty, and totally rundown. It was also extremely loud—people yelling and partying down the halls all night, as well as club-level loud music playing in the lobby all night. At some point there were police and ambulances there. We would have turned around and left as soon as we got there if it wasn’t so late at night when our flight arrived. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY.

The property dirty and seemed to be a housing situation for people. We had 2 rooms reserved one room the door was almost kicked in by a “maintenance” person with no call from the front desk before the man came. During the night there were people running through the halls screaming all night long. Upon “waking” using this lightly because there was no rest to be had, at 4 am to go to the airport there were around 10 police vehicles outside the building. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
We did not end up staying at the hotel. We checked in and checked right back out. When we were walking to our room, my daughter and I started coughing so badly from the smell of marijuana that we literally had to leave! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! When I reported this to the front desk, there was another family leaving for the exact same reason. Their daughter has asthma and she looked terrible! I would greatly appreciate a refund since this hotel is not advertised as it actually is. It is run down, not very clean, the lobby smelled like fish and should not even be advertised for anyone to stay there! The pictures are COMPLETELY misleading!!!

This property badly needs updating. I have stayed at this hotel for years and it has not been renovated in many years. The furniture is old. The bathroom is clean but looks dirty due to age.

Gross - Hotels.com wouldn't give a refund
We booked this hotel for a family trip but luckily did not make it through the door. My brother-in-law made it to the hotel first and called me and told me to stop and book somewhere else! Sleezy people hanging out front, rude front desk, and top it off a disgusting hotel. *See Photo*. What made it worse is Hotels.com stuck to their no-refund policy even though it was unsafe and un healthy for ANYONE especially kids to be staying there.

We Had to wait for 5 minutes before someone came to check us in. She was reserved and not welcoming. The hotel has security staff, not helpful in one of the side entrances. The breakfast buffet is okay but not run well. The room is spacious and was clean, but the shower head isn't working and the toilet needs repair.

This Best Western had several security guards walking the floors and they were obviously needed. Apparently this Best Western is being used as a shelter of sorts. A women said she was staying there at least a year. There were several people outside the hotel at 11:00 PM. The outside smelled of human and cat urine. The room I stayed is in need of maintenance. Ex) the bathroom needs new caulking - the tub is stained. Just not a great place to stay. This Best Western is rated a 1 in this opinion. I always look for Best Westerns when I travel - that will not be the case anymore.

I and my friend checked in from Wednesday through Friday nites. I went to the Hospital Where I stayed from Wednesday night to Sunday. My bags were kept in my friends car in case i needed something. Hotel would not offer discount for my not being there. I was charged every night at hotel & every night at hospital. pure duplication of costs.

Very friendly staff. TV remote did not work. No hair dryer in room. When I called to get these fixed, I had to go down the hall and get them. They forgot, never showed up with hair dryer. Never gave me my wake up call. But they always said they would.
