I always read the reviews. This hotel was sketchy. It was noisy and smelled like pot every where. The rooms were not so clean. I had to change my room 3 times. The staff were all super friendly but I don’t think I can stay here again…

Our tv did not work. The room smelled of old cigarettes, online we booked for a king size bed and end up getting and e-mail from them saying they have changed our room to 2 queen size beds. But when we got to the room it was one full size bed. The person at the front desk was elderly and told Expedia that there was nothing he can do because the manager wasn’t there so we were stuck with the room we had. No refund just a sorry for inconvenience. I stayed up the whole night the people in the next room was partying all night.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I wish I could left sooner. The places smelled like weed the whole time- day and night. I reported this to the staff but nothing was done about it. The bathroom was in bad condition. Also, my sheet had a urine stain on it and the sheets/pillow smelled bad. The hotel reports to have a meeting room but when I went to inquire about using it the front desk informed me that the room is the lunch room for the staff.

Comfortable rooms and hotel, only the breakfast was very basic and the waffles machine doesn't work properly, the staff was 50/50 a really gentil Mr. and a receptionist just ok, not rude but also not very friendly

I did not stay here because the bedsheets were dirty. They gave us a smoking room after I specifically requested a nonsmoking room. My mother has asthma and we had to leave the room. They did not accommodate my mother and I with another room. We left the motel without staying the night an hour after arriving and the motel did not want to give me a refund or any accommodation for it. Worse place ever! I will be avoiding this place in the future!

Awful. Avoid at all costs
Absolutely awful stay, kept awake by people in the car park, woken at 4am by the people upstairs screaming abuse at each other- and listen to the guy beating his girlfriend. Asked reception to call the police, nothing happened. Was very nasty, did not feel I could do anything and had my small kids with me who could hear everything and were scared. Room was dirty and smelled bad. Swimming pool was disgusting. Would avoid at all costs. Was expensive and would rather have slept in the car.

DONT ADVERTISE AMENITIES THAT DON’T FUNCTION !!! Tv had a line through it my eyes are still adjusting…. Fridge was broken with a smell.. when I went to call the front desk the phone wasn’t working neither…pool looked gross.. I won’t stay here again

Great Stay
Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Allowed us to check in early without hesitation. Breakfast was very good and staff was attentive to keep everything stocked appropriately. Overall great stay!!

Tho hotel over all was just fine but there were no curtains in our room just a thin semitransparent shade that allowed people to ser in and allowed the very bright parking lot lights to illuminate our room all night long. Very difficult to sleep.

We will not stay at this facility again. It is noisy, very noisy. Our room was on the ground floor next to the parking lot, and for about an hour someone was on their cell phone talking loudly from about 11:30 pm to 12:30 am. Both mornings the maid activities start at about 8:15 am to 8:30 am and continue - there is no point in sleeping in. There was a door that opened and closed, over and over very close to our room. There is no sound proofing. My daughter said unprovoked, she felt like she was in a WH - - - House. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The popcorn ceilings and walls should be updated with soundproofing. The rooms are dark and dingy - it is time for some renovations.

The stay was nice, average. In a great location, close to any quick things you may need. Somewhat quiet, depends if you care about that. Only thing for me was cleanliness upon arrival, but not during. There was hair strands in different spots within the bathroom. However, everything was replaced. And it smelled off a lot but its okay? Staff was great! So 4/5.

I must say, I did not expect so much from such a reasonably priced hotel. The location was convenient, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Despite the limited selection, the free breakfast was enough to get your day started. I would stay again.
