Pros: Cleanliness, and friendly staff.
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: We were not there long enough to do anything nearby.
We only stayed one night, but everything was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with such a variety of breakfast foods.

Road trip overnight stop

Cons: Breakfast room was tight and hectic. Staff tried hard to accommodate. Good variety but nothing was made at the hotel. Factory, processed crap.
Location: Good location right off the highway.
Great place for a quick stop over. Comfortable clean rooms, decent wifi. Nice staff

Stay Far Away!!!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Change the nighttime front desk staff.
Elevator was broken. We had a one night stay one our way to to another destination. Our family had a lot of luggage. The front desk clerk smirked as he told me they only had a 4th floor room. I asked if there was any other room possible. I was told, no because I booked with Expedia and that the hotel was full. In fact he told me nothing could be done because I booked with Expedia. No refund, no discount, nothing since I booked with Expedia. The couple after us checked in as I was pondering what to do, and kindly offered us their 3rd floor room. I thanked them, but responded that they must have a different type of room, since the check in person had just told me there were no room on lower floors. Turns out it was the same type of room. So I accepted. We dragged our luggage up to the third floor. Went down for some tea and coffee in the lobby and a family who had just walked in with NO reservation came in. The clerk told them there was plenty of available rooms and since the elevator was broken, he was going to give them a first floor room. I then found out the next morning the room had 38 rooms that were not booked the night before. When I checked out the gentlemen behind me also told the morning staff that the same check in person was rude and insulting to him as well. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or town again. By the way I had called earlier in the day and was not told about the elevator that was apparently broken for a few months.

Cons: Fix Elevator
Location: Stores and restaurants close by
The hotel was great. The only complaint would be the broken elevator but other than that great stay for cost.

The entrance to the Hotel is difficult to find initially, because of inadequate signage. A larger more prominent sign should be situated at the roadside at the foot of the driveway.

The elevator was not working and my room was on the 4th floor. Going up at the stairs to the 4h floor carrying luggage and bags was not fun at all. I wish this problem was disclosed when I made the reserva. To add to this unpleasant situation, the hotel charge extra $20.00 on my credit card for which I do not know the reason. Was the charge for having to carrying going up on the stairs?!!! Very unhappy with this staying!!
