Could have been better
First, entering the lobby is a horrible, mold smell that consumes your breathing. The carpet looks like it could use to extensive cleaning. Second day, I had to move to another room because of ants. The manager and maintenance man came into the room with Raid and acted surprise when they were all over the wall. Same with Howard Johnson. Don't understand for the money you spend at these privately owned companies that they care so little about the next person staying at these hotels without any improvement or empathy for the patron. Keys didn't work after I was moved to another room. Just heartless Customer Service Satisfaction. I bet they wouldn't let their family or friends pay $270 for 4 nights with ants and order consuming them. NEVER OFFERED TO PAY FOR FOOD BECAUSE OF ANTS!!! OH, THE BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE. OATMEAL WASN'T EVEN COOKED!!
