Not bad, but not great either.

Pros: Breakfast was very good! Love the free internet and parking!
Cons: Staff could have been better. Rooms need updating and aired out regularly.
Location: Restaurants and a mall nearby. Close to the highway
Showed up around 2:15am from a long drive. I had called ahead to let them know we would be arriving after midnight. When we showed up there was no one at the front counter or anywhere to be seen. We called out and explored the halls, but did not find anyone. It was at least 20 minutes until someone came out. It was a lady and she looked stoned or high. Not sure where she was hiding, but we were a few minutes away from walking to another hotel in the area. She was not welcoming and barely spoke to me. I understand she was working the night shift, but I just drove 8 hours and you're the first person I've spoken to, please have some professionalism. Room was fine, smelled really bad but we turn on the fan/AC and it was better. Beds were fine, clean, no bugs. Pillows were tiny and not full size. Shower was good, but not enough towels.

Pros: The staff was very friendly
I was not happy with the smell in the room, a lot of noise outside of the room and no mini fridge in the room.

Decent hotel. Easy drive to Cooperstown Disappointed in hotel staff. Both nights we were there, a LOUD noise woke up several rooms in the middle of the night. One employee wanted me to tell her what was making the noise. The next employee never called me back to see if maintenance could check whatever equipment was in or around our While we were out so this wouldn't happen a 2nd time. The 3rd employee never got the manager to call me

Pros: good price and friendly staff.
Cons: Better signage & directions
Location: Fairly easy to find. We were visiting my sister & brother-in-law in Coeymans Hollow. Wanted to stay @ Days Inn in Albany but Days Inn prices have gott
We were happy with our stay. The Days Inn sign was a little hard to see. Breakfast was good & we would stay there again.

It was better than we expected for the price point. Check in was smooth and the staff was very polite. Rooms were clean(bug free) and comfortable. We would return again is we go through the area in the future.
