Stunning property with 9 acres!! Home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 Full baths, 2-sided fireplace in living and family rooms with a balcony overlooking family room. Main floor laundry room. Master bedroom has a large window seat overlooking back of property. Two large storage closets offered on 2nd story. Home has propane heaters throughout for a backup heat source. 40'x80' Pole barn has a concrete floor with stalls and has it's own meter base ($50/month) with propane backup heat, separate septic and living quarters, including a bath and kitchen.  
  
There are restuarants, walmarts & convenient stores near by.
