Across the road from the Middleton Beach Bowling Club, and only a short distance from Eyre Park where the kids can run and play to their hearts content. There are also plenty of great eating places near OURZ. For those into golf, it’s only a short drive to the Albany Golf Club. There are roadworks which made accessing the property a bit difficult, but obviously this is a temporary problem. There was wi-fi available, which was nice. There are kid size couches, pencils and drawing equipment. It was very family friendly. The host replied promptly to messages.The house appeared a little uncared for. The kitchen was a bit grubby and a few small things in the house are obviously in need of fixing (shower tap washers, a kitchen draw etc). The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The host asks that you leave the house clean and tidy and dishes done (which is standard), and also that you sweep the whole house before leaving (which is not mentioned in the advertisements).Next time I would probably choose a different place to stay, but the house was functional, well located and family friendly. ##### Carissa B.
