The apartment is in a great location close to town but in a nice quiet area. The apartment is very clean and the bed comfortable. What lets the place down is the lack of maintenance. The terrace table and chairs were rotting and paint peeling off. The kitchen lights have not been connected and so you rely on the cooker hood lights to see- which both bulbs had blown. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom has the lid missing and is wobbly. This is such a shame as it is a nice apartment. We contacted the agent regarding the patio furniture but were told that the owner was away. After further complaints they brought two folding chairs and some bulbs for the cooker hood. The agent was very helpful in trying to fix the problems but they really shouldn’t arise.
