Villa Pearla is a detached 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa set in the heart of the popular resort, Calan Porter. Calan Porter has a stunning sandy beach only ¾ of a mile away, an ideal choice for those not wanting to hire a car. Just a 5 minute stroll away is a variety of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. The spacious terrace area has a private pool where you can also enjoy distant sea views. WiFi and air conditioning/heating is included in the bedrooms and lounge.

Villa Pearla is perfectly located just a 5 minute wander away from the centre of Calan Porter which has an excellent choice of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. A little further is Calan Porter's beach which has crystal clear waters and soft sand. You'll also be within a 10 minute walk of the famous Caves of Xoroi - not to be missed when visiting Menorca.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
