This fantastic 3 bedroom detached villa offers wonderful outdoor living, with a lovely pool and terrace area, perfect for whiling away the days in a relaxed state. The beautiful beach of Calan Porter is just a 15 minute amble. With pale golden sands and a few rustic beach bars it's a great way to spend your morning, before returning to your private pool for the afternoon. WiFi and air conditioning/heating is included in the bedrooms and lounge.

For a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand, look no further than Villa Airosa. Stroll out to the resort’s abundance of bars and restaurants, all between 5 to 15 minute walk away. Be sure to enjoy a drink in the famous Caves of Xoroi bar, perched on the clifftop offering wonderful sea vistas, it’s a short walk from your villa. The island´s capital Mahon is a 15 minute drive or bus journey away. Mahon is ideal for shopping and also has a fabulous restaurant scene. Your closest supermarket is just a 15 minute drive away in the nearby town of Alaior.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
