It has a valid and permanent Tourist Licence VTV 327 ME. Situated on a large plot, the villa is surrounded by well-maintained mature trees, hedges and plants giving it a high degree of privacy. There is handy off-road parking at the front of the property via a sliding front gate - making it a safe, secure environment for families. At the rear of Villa Natalie is a large, private swimming pool with easy-access steps; great for an early-morning swim or afternoon dip. There is plenty of space around the pool for relaxing on the sun-loungers or sitting in the shade under the large parasols provided. The outside covered terrace area provides shade if you still want to sit by the pool but out of the midday sun. It has a lovely dining table area which is ideal for al-fresco dining along with a great brick-built BBQ area. The outside terrace also has a separate, comfy seating area for you to relax in. Table tennis table and equipment for all the family to use. Inside the villa there is a large lounge and dining area. The high-ceilings with beams gives it a lovely, spacious feel and there are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. Villa Natalie has been furnished to a high standard and you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The lounge is modern, of very good quality, and you will feel extremely comfortable staying here. The well-equipped kitchen is just off the dining area and part open plan with a separate utility area. The great thing about Villa Natalie is the feeling of space inside. The bedrooms are all located off a large, well-designed corridor separate from the lounge - meaning you can watch TV or relax in the lounge without disturbing others. All of the bedrooms, lounge and dining area have air-conditioning/heating units. Master bedroom - tastefully decorated with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Master en-suite - with over-bath shower, WC, twin wash basins. Double bedroom - tastefully decorated with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Twin bedroom - tastefully decorated with twin single beds, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Shower room - large shower room and WC. Only thing to be aware of is that beyond the steps, it gets deep very quickly. It was fine for ours who had arms bands on all day long, but might be tricky for some.The facilities in the villa were all we could wish for, very well equipped and Aircon in every room. We could even watch UK TV (not that we did much of that).Calan Porter is very quiet anyway, but the villa is a 10 minute walk from the centre all most of the bars and restaurants, so it was extremely quiet.Being 15 minute drive from the airport makes it so convenient too.We had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend. ##### Paul D. The only slight downside was the nearest supermarket was 10-15 minutes walk, but we knew this and it didn't bother us particularly. The villa garden is beautiful with many flowering shrubs and the pool area is secluded and also looks as good as the photos. The villa itself is clean, very and well equipped. Access to the outside world is straightforward once you get the hang of the one way road system. The owner was a very good communicator and most helpful. Comfortable interior 3 nice bedrooms with spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Outside the villa is superb. Large swimming pool with sun loungers and dining options either under the shade or in the sun,the choice is yours. I travelled as a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. Having stayed at quite a few other villas, this one is one of the best. Absolutely everything, including beach towels, seats and parasols for a visit to the beach. Richard really is a super host and nothing was too much trouble with instant responses to any of our holiday enquiries. The villa is very comfortable with great pool area, very private and surrounded by beautiful flowering plants, sun beds and plenty of pool toys for all ages. The location is amazing. We loved being able to walk to big selection of restaurants and supermarkets So close to the beach, a cliff for jumping into the sparkling Med sea within a couple of minutes walk and also just a couple of minutes walk to one of Menorcas great attraction, the Covo Xoroi bar to watch amazing sunsets in a stunning location. We’ve recently returned from a relaxing week’s stay at Villa Natalie. The highlight of the villa has to be the pool area which is very private and spacious. The pool is a great size and runs to a good depth too. There’s plenty of Sun loungers and pool inflatables as well as a ping pong table which our sons enjoyed. The villa is ideally located just a short walk to the centre of Cala en Porter with restaurants and supermarkets as well as a lovely beach. It’s also a short walk to the Caves club and Club Menorca with a fabulous views. Our host, Richard, couldn’t have been more helpful and responded promptly, even to my silly questions!
