Unfortunately, most of the time there was no hot water in the shower. At best the shower was warm in the morning but after this, nothing. The rooms do not irons and boards and also do not have any that can be provided so any clothing needs to be send externally even just to be ironed. There is a coffee pod machine and on arrival there were some coffee pods. These however were never replenished during our stay. Bath robes also provided but were taken and never replaced on the second day. Filtered coffee wasn’t bad and the bar man did a decent Caipirinha on the rooftop bar. Relative to other hotels in the city this one certainly shouldn’t be first choice. Maybe if they cut the room price by half. Choose Best Western Premier or even Mercure for a better service.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, the premium rooms have a great view of the ocean, the elevators works well and have plenty of space so you don't have to wait much and the security of the hotel it's pretty good as well, 3 guards on all times. Now the cons : The breakfast food it's decent but the service always missing cups for coffee or you have to go search your own forks, the coffee not much variety, the " cappuccino " or moka that's just a chocolate milk so it's that or black coffee. For the rooms, the water pressure was great in the shower but for the toilet, it was horrible, nothing more than water will pass through. I don't know if we were unlucky or it's the floor that we stayed in but the WiFi wasn't working at all we contact the service 4 times and no matter what they did or said it was disconnecting and reconnecting every minute due to lack of signal. The roof pool looks amazing in the photos, but it's definitely deceiving in reality, the water is gross, if you touch the walls they're going to leave you with traces of green goo and the deepness of that pool it's 1 meter. Other than that Maceio it's a great place to visit if you're searching a nice quiet clean water beach in Brazil.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful to someone who does not speak much of the native language. My room was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the facility was well taken care of. The location was perfect for ease of access to beach, dining, shopping, connection to tour services. The rooftop pool was a nice size and well laid out to have a little personal space in a very public area.

Find another hotel!
If you don't speak Portuguese, don't stay here. Nobody speaks English or Spanish and nobody is willing to help you. Hospitality is the last thing you'll find here. One of the days, nobody even came to clean the room. I had to go down every day because my keycard wouldn't work. I had to go down every other day to pick up clean towels. The WiFi only works in the room or lobby, no service at all as soon as you step outside of your room. They charged me a bed charge for having coworkers come over. What's the point of having a suite for 2 people?There are plenty of hotels near by, no need to stay here.

Hotel mais overrated que já fiquei
Hotel vende ideia de ser de alto nível e não é. Não há funcionários atenciosos, ninguém o recebe na porta nem sequer explica onde é o estacionamento (mesmo não havendo manobrista), o que deixa os hóspedes perdidos. O quarto não condiz com as imagens de divulgação, não havia sequer o tapete e a luminária lateral da cama no quarto real, apenas na foto. Cama não tem nem cabeceira, toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade bem mediana. Ou seja, é um hotel que poderia ser NO MÁXIMO 3 estrelas e nunca além disso. Única coisa bonita e razoável do hotel é a piscina. De resto, é extremamente over rated.

hotel não corresponde, nem de longe, ao que é propagado na internet. O hotel se diz 5 estrelas, mas não chega nem a 3. O quarto ("premium") é ruim, com uma televisão com menos de 10 canais, produtos de banheiro horríveis, cama sem cabeceira e sem abajures. A piscina da cobertura fica tocando PAGODE e FUNK o dia inteiro, na maior altura, criando um ambiente de boteco, completamente inapropriado para famílias e pessoas que querem tranquilidade. O café da manhã é abaixo da crítica, com pouquíssimas opções de pão (pão francês velho) e tapioca ruim. Enfim, não vale a pena se hospedar.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, big comfortable rooms, good breakfast, nice staff, cool pool on the roof. Location is very good too as this is the best part of Pacujara beach in my opinion, as it's the least busy part.

Nice location, very comfortable rooms. Extraordinary pool area on the roof with a gorgeous view of the beach. Elevators are not enough, lot of waiting time. Excelent breakfast (very). Tv channels only in portuguese (except CNN)

Decent location but hospital flavored rooms...
We booked this room for a three day get away recently hoping to get some rest and relaxation in a five star hotel. The location was pretty good. Staff was nice although they offered no upgrades. Paid or not paid. My issue with this hotel was actually with the sterile looking room accommodations. All white. No decorations at all and they had the feel of a hospital room. Not the kind of space you want to hangout in when in vacation. At all. On American standards the hotel would be like a $39.00 motel. I was going to say super 8 or Ramada but their rooms I think are nicer. I will say that the shower was super good. Hot and strong water pressure.

Great hotel with amazing views
Loved the clean spacious room. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom and an awesome shower. Roof top pool is beautiful providing amazing views during the day and night.

This hotel has gone downhill compared with four or five years ago. One of the three elevators was not working and the hotel was full, hence a very poor elevator service with many using the service staircase! The hotel now appeals to a different level of client with corridors 'full of screaming' children. Certainly appeals to younger families but as an older couple we were left disappointed. For some reason not apparent to us the restaurant was empty in the evening and given the shortage of good places to eat locally was surprising to us......finally the wi fi was very hit and miss!

An Alice in Wonderland experience!
The hotel was a bit like Alice in Wonderland when she had shrunk as a lot of the furniture and decorations were over large! It was not quite as described in the brochure: The pool was merely a paddling pool or a water feature. You certainly could not swim in it. The room was not kept very clean. There was food under the sofa when we arrived and the room was merely given a wipe down each day and the floors were not swept and the floor of the shower was not cleaned. The floor of the shower was very slippery There were not social areas for people to sit with friends The restaurant was reminiscent of a school dining hall.

Gostei muito , já estive outras vezes mas alguns pontos precisa melhorar . O chuveiro muito fraco pra o porte do hotel , falta de ferro de passar no quarto ,as roupas estão amassadas na mala e fica difícil sem ferro no quarto .Não tem ponto de energia ao lado das cabeceiras ,nos 2 lados da cama.Valor da ceia de Reveillon muito alto pra não ter bebidas alcoólicas inclusa .

Se hospedar no hotel Meridiano já foi uma das melhores experiências ao se viajar pra Maceió. Hoje, porém, a experiência não foi das mais agradáveis. A arrumação do quarto, além de precária, teve que ser solicitada, como se o hotel tivesse me fazendo um favor, e não fosse um serviço incluído na diária. As piscinas claramente não estavam com a manutenção de limpeza em dia. Tivemos um pedido de room service trocado, e o funcionário não sabia como proceder diante do ocorrido. No café da manhã, as mesas disponíveis estavam sujas, e foi necessário solicitar a limpeza para que se pudesse tomar o café da manhã. Espero que melhore!

Fomos de lua de mel e nos surpreendemos com o tanto que o hotel é lindo mas alem disso as pessoas que trabalham por lá são excepcionais. Sorriso no rosto, educados, solicitos e dispostos a garantir seu conforto em tudo. Tivemos uma excelente experiência. Quando chegamos, tinha avisado que ia de lua de mel mas não esperava ser surpreendida com frutas, champanhe e uma cartinha de boas vindas super fofa ( tudo cortesia). Queremos muito retornar para Maceió e com certeza será no Meridiano! Nota mil.

Hotel com excelente infraestrutura, moderno, bem localizado e limpo. A piscina da cobertura com aquela vista é espetacular. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom e para quem tem criança o hotel possui uma brinquedoteca que minha filha gostou muito. Impossível não gostar do hotel. O quarto era muito bom, espaçoso e confortável. No entanto, o estacionamento do hotel no terreo é muito apertado para estacionar e as vezes inviável a depender de onde outros carros estão estacionados. O portão de saída pela rua de trás estava quebrado e o carro precisava sair pelo mesmo portão de entrada da orla, o que gera certo transtorno. Precisei sair e dar uma volta no quarteirão para acessar o portão da garagem G1, onde o espaço para estacionar era mais razoável. Café da manhã e piscina são excelentes, mas na próxima viagem procurarem outro hotel por conta do estacionamento.

Excelente hotel.
Ótimo hotel, localização excelente, atendimento impecável desde a recepção até os chefs do restaurante. Tenho duas ressalvas apenas, restaurante do hotel com alguns pernilongos e o banheiro do meu quarto vazava um pouco água do box para fora. Únicos pontos, mas são detalhes. Recomendo e volto.

Boa noite, estou hospedado no Ap. 301, foi convidado a me retirar de uma área comum, piscina térreo por ser o horário 22hs, e piscina cobertura só pode ser utilizado até as 19hs, pessoal isso é área comum, estava sentado c minha esposa e seu funcionário nos convidou a sair, hoje as 12hs pedir uma jara de água de coco e não tinha mas, na quinta feira não tinha Ice, serviço de bar horrível, restrições de acesso em áreas comuns, não posso indicar este hotel. Boa noite.
