It was a nice experience all in all. Staying in a 2 bedroom apartment with a Burj view was a site to see, although the second bathroom was a bit tiny but it was manageable. The concierge & other staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again if ever I’ll visit Dubai.

I booked the stay with breakfast included, I went to get the breakfast and felt insulted when staff behaved like we are garbage. Terrible, I will never book this again.

Friendly staff. I don’t like the showers in our our rooms. The shower stall is too small that the water comes out of the shower. Water is all over the bathroom floor which is not safe.

dusty carpet and smell in the room , not exactly clean and the mattress is hard not comfortable to sleep on .view was nice and staff are kind and helpful

Really enjoyed our stay at Dusit Thani. The staff was excellent, very accommodating with our early arrival, even allowed us to switch our complimentary breakfast to our first day so we could dine as soon as we arrived. The facilities are great, the kids loved the rooftop pool. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. It's a bit of a walk to surrounding restaurants or facilities, so expect to use taxis. Although DT does have their own bus going to Dubai Mall, Kite Beach and others which we took advantage of. Would definitely stay again.

Unexpected pleasure!! Needed a place to stay overnight till my flight the next day. A very comfortable welcoming place. If I had more time, would definitely stay longer.

Not the best or most efficient check in/check out experience. Good sized room (executive suite), with great views. It smells stale and there is perceptible noise from the road even in the 28th floor. Decent breakfast. I’ll probably give it a miss next time. It is ok, but there are much better options in that part of Dubai in that segment.

The property was good… but I wish on the website when I booked it said it was a non alcohol hotel. Literally u would not have booked it if I had known is was alcohol free.

My husband and I had a great 3 nights at Dusit Thani in Dubai, the hotel had all the facilities we needed and our room was nice and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was super convienient. Property was clean but made to wait for 1 hour to checkin after 3pm .After 14 hour long flight this was not expected. Restaurtant food price was expensive compared to outside. Shower water was flowing outside the area and shower head was not comfortable. I was also charged some tax during checkin on top of expedia price which was not expected.
