Scary, awful…. the hotel be renewed completely, the conditions inhumane… excellent location, nice area, the building outside look good but the rooms are destroyed, change me room twice and every time was worth. Avoid.

The room 116 is the most awful and dirty room I have stayed, definitely not for a 4star hotel. View to a wall, food smell from the restaurant every morning. AC/Heater very noisy (impossible to use). I have requested to change the room the same day of the check in, but despite my complaint (please see the photos below) they didn't even tried or excuse to me. Only the young man at front desk was nice but the lady at the front desk was not professional and quite indifferent.

Room is completely run down. Ceiling is black from water leak, doors are disintegrated, furniture is old. Breakfast is ordinary. This is a 2-star hotel at best

Novotel should be ashamed at the state of the rooms in this hotel
Ripped and stained carpets, dated and damaged furniture
Holes in the headboard where lights used to be - totally substandard and grim
I declined the first room I was offered - reception could have told me it was a smoking room

the bellboy service is very poor. For 166 rooms they just have one bellboy and it's mostly unavailable.
The breakfast is also not that great. Just went there once and skipped for the rest of the days.

This is the worst hotel i stayed in under Novotel chain of hotels.
They don't answer the land line even if you try many times.
The AC in the room is so noisy & will shock you while sleeping
The view of the room (313) i had was very bad, i think they should close the windows permanently.
The furniture is a bit old & needs to be replaced.
Will never visit again
