"Hôtel au top, chambre spacieuse propre, très proche du haram, accès a la mosala de la clock tower très appréciable durant le ramadan, mon seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner, il est varié, mais beaucoup trop répétitif, nous sommes restés 10 jours, le petit déjeuner était identique pendant 10 jours, aucun changement, pas de choco pour enfants c'est dommage, par contre un grand merci au personnel d'accueil très sympathique et souriant et surtout les hôtesses d'accueil du lounge extrêmement polie et souriante, si il n'était pas aussi cher j'y retournerai sans hésitation "

"Point négatif : Le Wi-Fi n’était pas très performant. Et Les bus ne partent pas du Haram à l’approche de la prière d’Al-Fajr ni pendant le Tahajjud/Tarawih. Il est donc important de bien s’organiser en fonction des horaires. Point positif : Des bus sont disponibles toutes les 30 minutes pendant le Ramadan, ce qui est très pratique. "
