The location is convenient; close to the airport, and provide good transport service to the air port. The property does not seem up to the standard they claim to have. Cleanliness is average.

We got a room at the Amman Airport Hotel for one reason: we were coming off of three days of camping in Wadi Rum and wanted a room and a shower for 12 hours before our 2 am flight departed. The hotel was perfect for that. The rooms are a little tired and didn't seem to have enough towels, and the hotel restaurant that was almost impossible to locate. But we got our showers and naps, and the free shuttle to the hotel after midnight was a perk.

shuttle bus driver to hotel was smoking. Bad shuttle service. Guest service and comfort not a priority. Room cleanliness is an issue with eye opening stains on both pillow linens. Sport bar was closed. not a 4star and not worth the money. a booking to remember but not to be repeated. Find another

Decedent airport hotel
The hotel is great for a quick overnight stay near the airport. My flight departed at 3am so I decided to stay at this hotel the night before so I was close to the airport and didn't have to worry about driving from Amman to the airport. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and had many amenities. The rooms are a bit dated and should be updated/remodeled. The free 24-hour shuttle to/from the airport was really nice. I went to the front desk, checked out, and asked for a shuttle ride and they were ready to go within about 5 minutes.

I have photos of the condition of the hotel. We were move several times because of the dirty conditions of the room. It was very uncomfortable and we felt we could only sleep on top of the covers of the bed. The mattress was only only covered by a very thin sheet and the mattress was not clean

The property provided basic facilities. The room was okay but bed linen of a basic design with poor pillow. Breakfast was also pretty basic and not enjoyable.

Comfortable and convenient
We stayed before an early morning flight departure and found the hotel to be very convenient, just a 5 minute drive with a free transfer to/from the airport using their regular shuttle service. Check in was quick, welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a cafe by the lobby that also serves food, as well as a bar and a restaurant. Both rooms (one double, one twin) were comfortable, clean and spacious with good wifi connection, tea/coffee facilities and water bottles, and full bathroom toiletries in the shower rooms. Being out of season the outdoor pool was closed. There's plenty of parking on-site and it's clearly signposted if you're driving to the hotel. We had a very good experience (unlike some of the negative reviews that seem surprising given our stay), and would recommend it for its overall comfort and convenience to the airport.

Worth a stay if you need to be by the airport
You can't beat this hotel's location and price. Less than five minutes from the Amman airport. Perfect for a quick overnight stay to either fly out the next morning, or depart by car (as we did) for Wadi Rum and Aqaba. The front desk service was stellar. We arrived at 1:00 a.m. local time and were met promptly and warmly by hotel staff. Checkin was smooth, breakfast was more than adequate. The bathroom is small but serviceable. Water pressure was great. The one thing I'd upgrade is the bed (not great) and the lack of a mattress pad on the bed was a little skeevy. The room and bathroom were clean, and we had no problems. I recommend this hotel for the location and convenience.

By booking this airport, we didn't have to pay for a entrance visa, book a taxi, ir deal with scheduling. One downside is that we booked for 2 people, and had to pay 50$ cash to add an extra person. We had a 20 hour layover between flights, and the hotel representative helped us pick up our luggage, take us to the hotels shuttle, and provided a free breakfast. Also got transportation to the airport and walked through the baggage area. Would definitely book here again!
